Cheap Vacay Style: Cancun🇲🇽

How do you guys prepare for vacations? Devoted over packer here. Like most people I buy all this stuff that I'll only wear on vacation and then get there and don't wear half of it! Not this time. On my most recent (Cheap) vacation to Cancun, Mexico only necessities were packed; no extra options, no carry on's. Check the deets below for my Cancun Vacay Style.

New Year, New You, New Sports Bra?

Getting back in the gym is the go to New Years Resolution for just about everybody that over ate during the holidays. But believe it or not more women are starting to get just as serious about the gym as men. Whether you're a newbie or a vet, knowing what sports bra suits you best is a must! Let's go over the basics. 

1. Sizing: By default the belief is you have to go down a size for the most support. Not quite. Brands such as Moving Comfort, Nike, and Victoria Secret offer sports bra by the cup size. 

2. Support: The lowest impact sports bra can be found any where from $5 & below at Walmart, but that doesn't mean that's what's best for you. The bigger your cup size the more support you need. Easy indicator: if the girls don't stay put when you're on the treadmill, you need more support. 

3. Wear and Tear: Like most, if not all work out wear, sports bras have that sweat-wicking/ Dri fit technology in them. Unfortunately thanks to sweat and bacteria that technology does not last forever. The more you frequent the gym the sooner you need to swap out bras. The typical sports bra is good for 3-6 months.

Cheap OOTD: Comfy Chic

Whether you're traveling in snow or running to the grocery store real clothes are indeed necessary. No I'm not suggesting you throw on your Jimmy Choo's to go get food; but I just "rolled out the bed chic" isn't a real thing. Besides you never know who you're going to run into while you're out so why not be prepared? Today's technically the first snow day of the season (Yes that means layering!!) and here's what I'm running errands in:

It would be impeccably awesome for the male species if we as females dressed to the nines every day all day. Fortunately enough for us we don't. (Sorry guys not sorry) Yes us ladies need to be comfortable too. So ladies what do we wear over top of our chill day sweatshirt, skinny jeans, and Chuck Taylor Converses? The trench coat with the super warm lining? Not quite. If you don't own a Bomber jacket or "Varsity Jacket" now is the time to get you one. Known for that sporty look the bomber is best for those dress down days. J.
