Where'd You Get That Fun Bag?
When it comes to expressive accessories I'm the queen of wearing a wristlet that states how I really feel. It's great that brands are starting to have fun with handbags in addition to the wear all basic styles. Accessories are the easiest way to glam up a boring outfit and with the help of these fun and trendy bags you may even earn a "Hey where'd you get that?"
If you've been following Kate Spade over the past few years you know they're no rookies to the fun bags game. From cupcakes to gnomes for Christmas, Kate Spade has stayed one step ahead in the accessories lane when it comes to expressive handbags. No worries if Kate Spade isn't in your price range we've got you covered with [cheaper] chic options as well.

Get In Formation w/ Marissa Webb
While most brands are staying within Spring regiments of hues of light blues and skin tone nudes; Marissa Webb kept us in formation with military green and splashes of bright colors for her Spring/Summer 2016 collection. The former J.Crew designer and Banana Republic creative director delivers military references with flares of sheer, lace, and leather. Let's be honest we wear military jackets either as vests or around the waist year round any way. It wouldn't be Spring without the presence of some floral but just enough for your first thoughts not to be (ground breaking) The Devil Wears Prada reaction. If you're in search of a shearling jacket made in NYC, her Soho location is the place to be. Check out our favorite looks from the Spring/ Summer 2016 currently available at the Soho location (104 Grand St) and online @ marissa-webb.com.

Just Us: KITH Women's
Yes the women's line of Kith is just as innovating as the men's line if you were wondering. Ronnie Fieg recently renovated the KITH Brooklyn location and kept the ball rolling with the interior of the KITH Women's shop. You may not find all white Jordan Retro 2's hanging from the ceiling of this smaller location, but you'll definitely find them at the top of the shoe wall and even better a shoe elevator in the middle of the store. Like both men's boutiques, KITH Women's offers those hard to find exclusive shoes for the ladies from brands such as Nike, Stampd, Puma, Vans, New Balance and Adidas. High end sports wear collections such as Nike Lab x Sacai, Stella McCartney x Adidas, as well as KITH's own apparel and accessories can also be found at the Bleeker St location.

Inspiration Heaven @ Dover Street Market
Put sixty plus brands under one roof with a creative twist, and you have Dover Street Market. Rei Kawakubo, of Comme des Garçon, started this conceptual store in Mayfair London. Since the London location, there are opening across the world, including New York, Beijing, and Tokyo. DSM offers a variety of brands for everyone-from Hype Beast (Supreme) to high end fashion stylist (Simone Rocha). It’s beyond the clothes-the aesthetic and architecture is what makes Dover Street Market an amusement park for creatives. Carrying both mens and women, each floor creates a different illusion. Floor plans change seasonally, so if you’re in NYC, I encourage you to pop in and prepare to be wowed. Check out the images below- it’s the current Spring/Summer in store collection.
