Spring Forward: Steal Deals
Yes technically it's still 29 degrees outside with snow on the ground; sad I know. But, in the world of retail, it's officially spring. Right now is the best time to start building up that spring wardrobe while everything is fresh and heavy in inventory. Even better right now last years left overs are on sale. I snagged these lovely Giuseppe Zanotti slide on sandals from DSW for almost nothing.
